Cake Lapis, also known as Indonesian Layer Cake, is a rich and decadent cake with Dutch-Indonesian origins. Our Rainbow Lapis is characterized by its distinctive appearance, featuring 18 thin evenly layers stacked on top of each other, with a touch of rainbow colors. Each layer is typically made by a spiced buttery batter often containing ingredients like cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves . The cake is painstakingly handmade layer by layer and then baked until it achieves its color hue.

Unlike traditional cheesecakes, Basque cheesecake has a rustic and imperfect appearance, which adds to its charm. It  has a creamy and custard-like interior, which is incredibly smooth and velvety. The outer layer is intentionally caramelized and often develops a beautiful burnt or browned top, giving it a rustic and slightly charred appearance. 

Our 7cm tarts features a crisp, baked pastry shell with fillings made with quality ingredients. 

Dark chocolate: Using Callebaut chocolate, which is a high-quality, Belgian dark chocolate that is well-regarded for its rich flavor and smooth texture, finished with a glossy top layer.

Matcha: Using Matcha powder imported from Japan together with Callebaut white chocolate, it has an earthly and slight bitterness, well-balanced with the sweetness of white chocolate.

Creamy and cheesy filling using a blend of cream cheese, mascarpone cheese and parmesan cheese, pair with buttery and crunchy cookie base.
